Drone Aerial FAQs
• Are your drone services insured?
They absolutely are. We are avid remote pilots anyway, and have been flying since 1995. We are not just insured to fly recreationally via the BMFA, we’re also insured to fly commercially, so you can rest assured that you’re not just getting very experienced remote pilots, but you’ll have peace of mind too. Furthermore, we maintain at least the minimum of an A2CofC qualification, and will perform a risk assessment for your project before we even take off.
• What drone services do you offer?
What do you need? Essentially, while we always follow the law regarding drone flights in the UK, we are able to take on any task. Whether it be a roof inspection on various sized properties, the filming of an event, cinematic footage for movies, YouTube, or advertisements, a wedding, or anything else, we can support you.
We are also committed to pricing our services fairly, and we’ll do our best to beat your other quotes.
Website Hosting FAQs
• Who hosts the website?
We do. We operate servers across the world, and regularly work with data centre technicians to keep our uptime as high as possible. Often being 100% without outage for any given year. We also do not just host your website on a subdomain on private hosting. You will receive a full dedicated hosting account, and our prices are still extremely low.
• What sort of hosting control panel will I get?
A hosting account with us, has full and unfettered access to cPanel. This is a hosting dashboard full of everything from the basics like your file manager and domains, right through to setting up your own emails and forwarders, seeing your own web stats, managing databases and a lot more. There are facilities to build your own websites if you would prefer to do it yourself, and a whole array of programs to support your online presence.

• How long will it take for my site to be finished?
The time will vary. Many factors like the complexity of the website you require, or the level of unique development you need, can change the time-frame for a website build. Our processes are fair though, and we make a point of being extremely communicable during the process, with the next stage of each build being unable to move forward without being first signed off by the client.
• Can you fix my existing website?
Yes we can. We can take any website and breathe a bit of life into it, but we also like to work with clients to see if a fresh approach would be more prudent. Website design practices change so regularly, and it can typically be a far better idea to simply get stuck into a rebuild of your website instead. Especially if it is not already responsive.
• I want an online shop. Can you help with that?
Certainly. Over the years we have built many eCommerce sites for clients who want total control over their online sales, away from the fees of larger companies inviting them to set up shops. We have built large, extensive eCommerce/CMS platforms for clients with large product ranges. We will even manage the products for you during the build, to help you get a running start.
• What is SEO, and why is it important for my site?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation, and it is one of the fundamental components of modern website design. As competition has increased in different business markets across the world, the benefit of having your website perform better than your competition has never been more vital, and this is where SEO becomes essential. SEO can be optimising images, creating meta information about your business that search engines can use more efficiently, following all guidelines set up by major search engines like Google and Bing, and having those search engines verify your website.
• Can you help me to promote my website/business?

• Will my website be mobile friendly?
If it is built by us, then yes. All our websites are built to be responsive (change size depending on the screen). Google now puts huge amounts of emphasis on its ability to serve not just search results, but well-designed websites to its users. A properly built, responsive website can help you reach customers effectively, no matter which device they are using.
• Can I update my website myself once it’s built by you?
Of course. While we do like to run things while a website is being built so we can make the process as efficient as possible, we do not hold your website hostage like some companies do. You will have full access to your own control panel and dashboard, and you can then change and edit your site as you see fit.
• Can you design my logo/poster/banner?
Yes we can. We have a lot of experience with design, especially when it comes to branding, and printing. We’d be happy to speak to you about the details.
Video Editing FAQs
• Can you edit YouTube videos for creators?
We absolutely can. Video editing can take an extraordinary amount of time to complete, which can often interfere with the time a creator has free, and therefore it can stifle their creativity. Let us take the hassle from your shoulders, so you can be free to film the content you need for your channel.
• What software do you use for videography?
We use Davinci Resolve Studio, which is an impressive piece of software used by the blockbuster film industry. Davinci has an extensive range of audio, video and colour balancing capabilities.
• I need a thumbnail for my YouTube video. Can you design one?
Yes, we can, and we can generally do this quickly. Getting your YouTube thumbnail right is a vital part of setting up your video before posting. Getting the right feel can help you to attract clicks, views, and then watch hours in those precious minutes after the video goes live.
• Can I use your stock images/footage commercially?
Yes. Once you buy a licence to use our stock images or footage, it allows you to use that media for TV productions, posters, advertisements, or any other commercial use you can imagine. We are also happy to venture out on location to get the images you require, and we’ll do it for less than our competition.
• Can I buy video stock images/footage from you?
Yes you can. Our stock footage is taken in large 4K formats, and stems from not just land based photography, but from our regular aerial shoots, where we seek to capture the stunning beauty of our location with modern drone technology.
